Misty's Supposed Punishment: A Tickle Story w/edit

Misty was walking in through the police station next to Officer Jenny. She was handcuffed with Jenny's hand tightly gripping her arm so that she does not try to escape. Jenny believes Misty committed a crime. They were headed to the interrogation room where Misty would be "asked questions regarding criminal activity", as Jenny liked to call it. Of course, Jenny had something much more sinister in mind!

The girls entered a small room with one small table, two chairs, and a very small stepping stool. Jenny demands Misty to sit down. She sits down on on one chair and Jenny pulls up the stool and puts Misty's feet on it. Jenny ties her feet down onto the stool and ties her arms to the arms of the chair. She also ties up her legs so that Misty can barely move her legs at all!

Misty asks, "Is it really necessary to tie me up? I didn't even do anything."

Jenny replies, "Shut up! We need to tie you down so you don't move around to much while we ask the questions."

Misty nervously asked, "Why would I be moving around when you ask me questions?"

Jenny replied, "Oh you'll see. Hehehe"

Misty was now very nervous. She had a feeling she was going to be tortured. After a minute or two, Arcainine walked into the room. Misty was afraid he was going to attack her until she talked. But it was something much, much worse.

Jenny unlaced Misty's shoes and took them off, revealing her bare feet. Misty briefly crouched down to observe her feet. She poked and stroked her feet a bit. "Wow, such nice feet you have, I wonder if they're ticklish."

Now Misty was scared, she knew that she was extremely ticklish on her feet. To confirm  her fears, Jenny sent Arcainine too Misty's feet. She struggled to get away but the stool she was tied to was too heavy to lift. Misty wasn't going anywhere.

Arcainine sniffed Misty's feet a couple times before he started licking them. Misty reacted too the licking almost immediately. She was at first just giggling but Arcainine started to get his big, slobbery tongue between her toes. However his tongue was so big that it glided along most of her toes. Now Misty was laughing hysterically.

Arcainine continued to lick Misty's feet. By this point, Misty was begging for the licking to stop. It just tickled too much! Misty was begging for it to stop but she wasn't talking. Jenny thought she might not have been the culprit. But, she had to be sure. Jenny let it go on for about 5 more minutes until the police found the actual culprit. Jenny untied Misty and gave her a towel to dry her feet off with. Jenny, being Misty's friend hugged her as Misty put her shoes back on. She bent down to pet Arcainine and he licks her face and nudges up against her to show he's sorry. Jenny, being a nice young lady, asked Misty if there was anything she could do to make it up to her. Misty asked her to do the same to the actual culprit. To have her feet licked and tickled until she passed out, pissed herself or both. And let's just say, the actual culprit did both!
